Prosperity is not the goal but the instrument. Capital held quietly and deployed patiently builds families, businesses and communities that outlast a single lifetime.
Discretion as courtesy
Members do not announce themselves. Privacy protects families, employers and children, and keeps attention on the work rather than the name.
Merit above birth
The order has always held that ability and character, not lineage, determine worth. A founder from a country town stands equal to an heir of an established house.
Duty to the next generation
Men and women, sons and daughters alike are raised to stewardship: to inherit standards before assets, and to leave more than they were given.
Service without spectacle
Philanthropy is expected and rarely publicised. The measure of a member is what improves after they have been somewhere, not what is said about them.
What the philosophy is not
It is not a religion and asks no one to leave their church, mosque, temple or synagogue. It is not a political party and endorses no candidate. It promises no supernatural power and performs no ritual of the kind invented by television. Any person or page claiming otherwise — particularly any demanding payment to begin an application — does not speak for the order.
